Master in Private Law (Thesis)
The Programme enables individuals to conduct scientific studies regarding the solutions to legal problems and disputes. Within this framework, the Programme offers courses including the major fields of Public Law such as Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Labour Law, Code of Civil Procedure, Civil Code, Maritime Law, Insurance Law, Labour and Social Security Law, and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. In each term, students are offered courses twice the required number of the compulsory courses. The students select the courses they are offered according to the above-mentioned fields.
